New Volunteer Opportunities Added!
Small But Mighty SK (SBM) is a grassroots organization dedicated to connecting, celebrating, and honoring the Saskatchewan pediatric oncology community.
As part of our fundraising efforts, we collect aluminum tabs from pop and food cans. These tabs can be recycled, and we receive payment based on the weight of the tabs we collect. We’ve partnered with BN Metals to recycle these tabs, and 100% of the funds are donated to the SBM SK Fund at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon, SK.
These funds provide critical support for families at the time of their child’s diagnosis, assist bereaved families with funeral costs, and help cover supplies, gifts, and end-of-treatment celebrations.
Tab collection will happen all year, but the final tab submission will be done in September in Saskatoon, SK. Drop locations can be found at head office in Regina and at 140 1st ave in Saskatoon. Monetary donations can also be made online at https://pattisonchildrens.ca/community-fundraiser/small-but-mighty-sk-fund/
